A ServiceMonster invoice event occurs

A ServiceMonster invoice event occurs fires when a ServiceMonster invoice event is detected for a contact — such as an invoice being created, updated, or completed. Use this trigger to automate post-service follow-ups, send review requests, or update CRM records when service jobs are invoiced in ServiceMonster.

This trigger requires an active ServiceMonster integration connected to your Partner Center account.

Trigger scope

This trigger operates at the contact scope. Contact, company, and account actions are available downstream.

How it works

  1. A ServiceMonster invoice event occurs and is synced to Partner Center via the ServiceMonster integration.
  2. The automation evaluates any trigger conditions you've configured, such as filtering on a specific event type or invoice status.
  3. If conditions are met, the workflow starts with the associated contact in context.
  4. Downstream steps can use Add dynamic content to reference invoice fields, contact fields, and company fields.

Available data

ServiceMonster invoice fields and standard contact, company, and account fields are available via Add dynamic content.
