Send a plain text email via Outlook sends a plain-text email from your connected Outlook account to the contact in scope. This action is available on contact-scoped triggers.

Requires a connected Outlook account. The email is sent from the connected Outlook address, not from the Vendasta platform.

How it works​

  1. The automation reaches the step with a contact in scope
  2. The step sends a plain-text email from your Outlook account to the contact
  3. The email appears in both your Outlook sent folder and the contact's inbox
  4. The automation continues to the next step

Set up the action​

  1. Open the automation builder and add a new step
  2. Under Campaigns and emails, select Send a plain text email via Outlook
  3. Configure the email subject and body

Use Add dynamic content to personalize the email with contact or account data from previous steps.
