Get started

  1. Set up your Knowledge Base

    • Navigate to Partner Center > AI > Knowledge Base
    • Add business information, FAQs, and policies that your AI employees can reference
    • Connect website sources to automatically pull content
  2. Configure AI Capabilities

    • Go to Partner Center > AI > AI Capabilities
    • Create custom capabilities or configure existing ones
    • Define how your AI employees should behave in different scenarios
  3. Deploy AI Workforce

    • Navigate to Partner Center > AI > AI Workforce
    • Choose from Chat Receptionist, Voice Receptionist, or Sales Assistant
    • Configure your AI employees with the appropriate capabilities and knowledge base
