Deactivate products

Deactivate products deactivates one or more products for the account in scope. The product can be turned off immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle. This action is available on account-scoped triggers.

How it works​

  1. The automation reaches the step with an account in scope
  2. The step deactivates the selected product(s) for the account
  3. Depending on your configuration, deactivation happens immediately or at billing cycle end
  4. The automation continues to the next step

Set up the action​

  1. Open the automation builder and add a new step
  2. Under Products, select Deactivate products
  3. Select the product(s) to deactivate and choose the timing

Outputs​

This action produces no outputs available to downstream steps.
