Activate products

Activate products activates a product for the account in scope. You can configure it to prevent activating the same product multiple times within a given timeframe. This action is available on account-scoped triggers.

How it works​

  1. The automation reaches the step with an account in scope
  2. The step activates the selected product for the account
  3. The product becomes available on the account
  4. The automation continues to the next step

Paid products are allowed — misconfiguration can result in unwanted billing. Double-check which product you're activating and ensure your trigger conditions are correct.

Set up the action​

  1. Open the automation builder and add a new step
  2. Under Products, select Activate products
  3. Select the product to activate and configure options

Outputs​

This action produces no outputs available to downstream steps.
