Pause or cancel Task Manager account
Pause or cancel the Task Manager account stops task generation for the account in scope. Choose between pausing (temporarily stopping product-based tasks) or cancelling (permanently closing all tasks and projects). This action is available on account-scoped triggers.
How it works
- The automation reaches this step with an account in scope
- You choose Pause or Cancel:
- Pause — stops generating product-based tasks and projects. Manually created tasks can still be added.
- Cancel — stops all new tasks and projects from being created and closes all existing ones.
- The automation continues to the next step
