Send an email to users

Send an email to users sends a one-off email to the users on the account. Unlike campaigns, this sends a single email rather than enrolling users in a sequence. This action is available on account-scoped triggers.

How it works​

  1. The automation reaches the step with an account in scope
  2. The step sends the configured email to all users on the account
  3. Each user receives the email
  4. The automation continues to the next step

Set up the action​

  1. Open the automation builder and add a new step
  2. Under Campaigns and emails, select Send an email to users
  3. Configure the email content

Outputs​

This action produces no outputs available to downstream steps.
