Record an In-Person Meeting

You can record audio from in-person meetings directly on the My Meetings page. Once saved, the recording is uploaded to the CRM and processed for AI-powered analysis.

How to start recording

On mobile: Tap the red Record button on the My Meetings page.

On desktop: Click the menu in the page header and select Record audio.

The recorder opens and begins capturing audio.

While recording

While the recorder is open, you can:

  • Pause / Resume — temporarily stop and restart the recording
  • Cancel — discard the recording and close the recorder
  • Stop & Save — stop recording and move to the review step

Review and save

After stopping the recording, a preview opens where you can:

  • Use the playback controls to play, skip back 5 seconds, or skip forward 5 seconds
  • Adjust the playback speed (0.5×, 1×, 1.5×, or 2×)
  • Update the file name (defaults to the date and time of the recording)
  • Select the contact to link the recording to (required)

When you're ready:

  • Save — uploads the recording to the CRM and triggers analysis
  • Discard — removes the recording and closes the preview

Once saved, the recording is processed through the same AI analysis pipeline as other meeting recordings.
