MatchCraft Express Ads is a do-it-for-me solution to quickly launch a search-only ad campaign. Our AI-powered Instant Launch tool builds a shell campaign in minutes from the business's details, and our team then customizes it to run optimally. Express Ads is built for awareness—boosting a business's presence in a simple way on search platforms. It's a great fit for smaller budgets, promotions, and clients looking to put their name out online. What's Included

  • AI Instant Launch campaign: The Instant Launch tool creates a shell search campaign from the business's name, address, and website URL, populating recommended keywords, ad copy, geographic targeting, and audience segments. You can edit and approve every detail before the campaign goes live, including adding promotion details.
  • Team customization (within 5 business days): After launch, our team reviews keywords, ad copy, and the landing page to ensure they're cohesive and follow search-engine best practices, and adds enhanced engagement features—assets (also known as extensions), site links, callouts, call extensions, structured snippets, and more. Call tracking is set up at this time if purchased. You'll receive a confirmation email within 5 business days of purchase detailing exactly what was customized and confirming the campaign is running optimally.
  • Automated ongoing management: Ongoing management is automated by the MatchCraft AI platform. If the platform flags an issue with the campaign, or a special edit is purchased, our experts step in to keep the campaign running optimally.
  • Advertising Intelligence dashboard: Available 24/7 to track performance.

What's not included

Because Express Ads focuses on awareness, it does not include:

Add-on: Call Tracking

Our team sets up one forwarding number to help track the calls coming from your campaigns—you can identify how many leads are generated per campaign and listen to call recordings. A small snippet of code is inserted into the website. Call tracking is a $8 USD monthly fee, deducted from the ad spend you choose, and can be selected during the order process. It's an excellent way to prove ROI by showing which campaigns resonate with potential customers.

Prerequisites

  • Complete business account details in Partner Center: name, address, and website URL. The Instant Launch AI tool uses these details, plus the business's website, to generate the best ad copy, keywords, and audience segments.
  • Unrestricted site access for automated crawling. Our fulfillment process uses AI scrapers and automated systems to extract site data for ad creation, and these require unrestricted access to the target URL. If the website uses geographic blocking (for example, restricting non-U.S. traffic) or firewall settings that return a 403 Forbidden error, our automation can't retrieve the data. Choose one path during submission:
    • Manual data entry (best practice): If the website must remain restricted, manually provide all necessary inputs—keywords, headlines, and ad copy—within the external order form. This is the most reliable way to bypass site-level restrictions and move your order straight to the fulfillment queue.
    • Grant temporary access: Ensure the website is set to allow global traffic/crawlers for the duration of the order submission.

Getting Started

  1. Build the campaign in the Instant Launch tool. During the order process you're directed to our external Instant Launch tool, where the AI creates a shell campaign from the business's details and website—recommended keywords, ad copy, geographic targeting, and audience segments. Edit and approve everything, and add any promotion keywords or details. Once approved, the campaign is officially live.
  2. Check off the fulfillment form in Partner Center. After your campaign is built in the external tool, return to Partner Center and check the box in your fulfillment form. This ensures your campaign is ready and our team can customize it for maximum impact.
  3. Team customization (within 5 business days). Our team refines keywords, ad copy, and the landing page, adds engagement features, and sets up call tracking if purchased. You'll receive a confirmation email when the campaign is running optimally.
  4. Ongoing automated management. The MatchCraft AI platform manages the campaign; our experts assist whenever the platform flags an issue or a special edit is purchased.

Campaign changes

Making changes after launch isn't ideal. Unless an adjustment is crucial, we recommend waiting a minimum of 5 weeks so the campaign can run as effectively as possible; once changes are made, our team spends the next few weeks re-optimizing. Changes can be purchased through the Hourly Charge add-on.

Ending the campaign

The campaign continues to run with the current monthly budget and ongoing automated optimizations until you cancel the service. Terminating a campaign means cancelling the associated products in Partner Center. Please cancel at least 5 business days before the renewal date so our team can complete the project effectively. Our team turns the campaign off at the end of the current month's term and exhausts all remaining unused ad spend. We do not offer refunds for unused ad spend.

Service limitations

We can't guarantee that an advertising campaign will yield specific results. We implement strategies that promote best practices and should prompt better results, but because platform algorithms are unpredictable, it would be unethical to promise results that can't be guaranteed.

FAQ

Billing

How will I be charged for this product?

This service charges a one-time flat setup fee, a monthly management fee (calculated as a percentage of the spend), and the selected ad spend amount. On initial activation, you're charged the first month's spend, the management fee, and the setup fee. The following month, you're charged only the wholesale ad spend amount and the management fee.

The setup fee is the one-time cost of creating and launching the campaign. It includes the creation and quality assurance of the ad, the setup and verification of the tracking code, the audience research, and the campaign audit and launch.

The management fee is a percentage charged on top of the monthly wholesale ad spend. It ensures our team can customize and run quality-assurance checks on the campaign.

What if I want to add budget to or cancel the campaign?

The agreed ad spend budget is always exhausted before the campaign is put on hold or canceled, and we don't offer refunds for unused ad spend. We request a 5-day notice period for all spend change requests and cancellations so we can handle the account correctly. If a change request is submitted at the last minute and the campaign renews, we run the campaign for the renewed amount, and the spend change or cancellation takes effect the following month.

What is the cancellation or refund policy?

All cancellations must be made 5 days prior to the renewal date. If a cancellation is requested after this cutoff, the renewal occurs and we run the campaign for the renewed amount until the end of the month. When the cancellation request is made, our team spends the remainder of the ad dollars for that cycle and does not run the campaign the following month.

What price will I see on the Advertising Intelligence dashboard?

Your client will see the wholesale ad spend being spent on their campaign, unless you change that by going into the "settings" feature and manually calculating the "Management Markup Fees."

How does the management fee work when I increase ad spend?

The management fee is a percentage based on the wholesale ad spend, added on top of the spend. If the ad spend increases, you'll see the exact dollar amount you'll be charged for the management fees.
