CRM default company fields
Company fields store information about a company that you work with, such as their name, or the last time you have reached out to one of their contacts. Default properties are created in each company to store some important information. Some of the properties, such as the last engagement date, are automatically populated.
Beyond the default fields listed below, your CRM may include additional company fields depending on:
- Product integrations - Different Vendasta products may add specialized fields
- Third-party integrations - Connected services (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.) can extend available fields
- Custom field configurations - Your organization may have added custom company fields
- Feature enablements - Certain features unlock additional data fields when activated
The fields shown here represent the core default set available to all accounts.
Basic Company Information
- ID: Unique identifier assigned to each company
- External ID: An identifier used by external systems or databases to reference the company
- Company name: The official name of the company
- Website: The URL address of the company's website
- Phone number: The contact phone number for the company
- Fax number: The fax number for the company (if applicable)
- Number of employees: The total count of employees working in the company
- Legal structure: The legal structure of the company, such as 'private', 'public', 'non-profit', etc.
- Industry: The industry or sector in which the company operates
- Annual revenue: The total revenue generated by the company annually
- Description: A text field for storing additional information about the company
Address & Location Information
- Street address line 1: First line of the company's physical street address
- Street address line 2: Second line of the company's physical street address
- City/locality: City or locality of the company's primary location
- State/province/region: State, province, or region of the company's primary location
- Zip/postal code: The postal code or ZIP code of the company's location
- Country: The country where the company is located
- Latitude/longitude: Latitude and Longitude of the company's primary location
- Timezone: The timezone in which the company operates or is located
Lead Management & Classification
- Lifecycle stage: The stage of the company in the customer lifecycle
- Lead score: The calculated lead score of the company based on engagement and behavior
- Lead quality: The customizable lead quality assessment of the company
- Lead status: The current status of the company in the sales pipeline
- Lead source: The original source that brought the company into your system
- Priority: Priority level assigned to the company for sales and marketing activities
- Tags: User-defined keywords or labels that can be used to categorize companies
Social Media URLs
- Facebook URL: The URL of the company's Facebook page
- Instagram URL: The URL of the company's Instagram profile
- LinkedIn URL: The URL of the company's LinkedIn page
- X URL: The URL of the company's X profile
Engagement & Activity Tracking
- Last activity date: The date of the last recorded activity associated with the company
- Last contact date: The date of the last contact made with any of the company's contacts
- Last campaign email sent date: Last campaign email sent to the company
- Last campaign email sent name: Name of last campaign email sent for the company
- Last campaign email open date: The date when the last campaign email was opened by any of the company's contacts
- Last campaign email clicked date: The date when the last campaign email was clicked by any of the company's contacts
- Last campaign email bounced date: The date when the last campaign email bounced for any of the company's contacts
- Last sales email sent date: Date of last sales email sent to the company
- Last sales email received date: Date of last sales email received for the company
- Next task ID: The identifier of the next task associated with the company
- Next task due date: The due date for the next task associated with the company
Attribution & Source Tracking
- Record source: Name of the app or external system that created the company (e.g., 'Salesforce', 'Hubspot', 'Gmail')
- Record source drill down 1: Record source drill down level 1 of the company
- Record source drill down 2: Record source drill down level 2 of the company
- Original source: Original source of the company
- Original source drill down 1: Original source drill down level 1 of the company
- Original source drill down 2: Original source drill down level 2 of the company
UTM & Campaign Attribution
- UTM campaign: The name or identifier of the campaign associated with the company
- UTM medium: The medium or channel of the campaign associated with the company
- UTM source: The specific source of the campaign associated with the company
- UTM content: The content or variant of the campaign associated with the company
- UTM term: The specific keyword or term associated with the campaign for the company
Click Tracking IDs
- GCLID: Google click ID used to create the company
- FBCLID: Facebook click ID used to create the company
- MSCLKID: Microsoft click ID used to create the company
System Fields
- Created date: The date when the company record was created
- Updated date: The date when the company record was last updated
- Owner ID: The unique identifier for the user who created the company record
- Parent company: The parent company to which this company belongs, used to establish corporate hierarchies and track relationships between subsidiary companies, franchise locations, or multi-location businesses
Platform-Specific Information (Partner Center Only)
- Platform account group ID: Identifier for an account group inside of the platform
- Salesperson: The salesperson in the platform
- Additional salespeople: Additional salespeople in the platform
Snapshot & Analytics Data (When Available)
Review Performance
- Review performance grade: Grade of the companies overall review performance
- Number of reviews: Total number of reviews across all sources for the company
- Number of review sources: Number of sources where the company has been reviewed
- Average review score: Average score or rating received by the company based on reviews
- Review data updated date: The date when the review data was last updated by the Snapshot Report
- Google review score: The overall review score of the company on Google
Social Media Performance
- Social performance grade: Grade of the company's overall social media performance
- Facebook data last updated date: Date when Facebook data was last updated
- Total number of Facebook likes: Total number of likes on the company's Facebook page
- Average number of Facebook likes per post: Average number of likes per Facebook post
- Average number of Facebook posts per month: Average number of Facebook posts made each month
- Instagram data last updated date: Date when Instagram data was last updated
- Total number of Instagram followers: Total number of followers on Instagram account
- Total number of Instagram posts: Total number of posts published on Instagram account
- X data last updated date: Date when X (Twitter) data was last updated
- Total number of X posts: Total number of posts made on X
- Total number of followers on X: Total number of accounts following the company on X
- Total number of following on X: Total number of profiles the company follows on X
SEO & Website Performance
- SEO local search grade: Grade of the company's local search performance
- SEO daily organic traffic value: Estimated value of the company's organic traffic per day
- SEO number of organic keywords: Number of keywords for which the company's website ranks in organic search results
- SEO organic clicks per month: Number of organic clicks per month for the company's website
- SEO organic domain ranking: Ranking of the company's website in organic search results
- SEO data updated date: Date when the SEO data were last updated
- Website grade: Overall rating of the website based on various factors by Snapshot
- Website mobile speed: The speed at which the website loads on mobile devices
- Website desktop speed: The speed at which the website loads on desktop computers
- Website is secure: Indicates whether the website has security measures in place (SSL certificate)
- Website is mobile friendly: Indicates whether the website is optimized for mobile devices
- Website has video: Indicates whether the website contains video content
- Website has phone number: Indicates whether the website displays a phone number
- Website has physical address: Indicates whether the website displays a physical address
- Website links to Facebook: Indicates if the company's website homepage links to its Facebook page
- Website links to Instagram: Indicates if the company's website homepage links to its Instagram page
- Website links to X: Indicates if the company's website homepage links to its X account
- Website data last updated date: Date when website data was last updated
Technology & Business Intelligence
- Technology IDs: IDs of technologies used by the company
- Technology IDs updated date: Date when the technology IDs were last updated
- Active products: The list of active products/editions for the company
- GBP claimed: Whether the company has claimed their Google Business Profile listing
Listings Performance
- Listings performance grade: Grade of the company's overall listings performance
- Incorrect address count: The number of listings with incorrect addresses found for the company
- Incorrect website count: The number of listings with incorrect websites found for the company
Snapshot Reports
- Snapshot latest created date: Creation date of the most recently generated Snapshot report
- Snapshot latest expiry date: Expiration date of the most recently generated Snapshot report
- Snapshot latest snapshot ID: Snapshot ID of the most recently generated Snapshot report
