The Social Media Manager is an AI employee that helps you generate a social calendar for your business.

Default configuration​

When you activate the Social Media Manager, Social Calendar Generation is preconfigured with these defaults:

  • AI model: Gemini Flash Latest (recommended)
  • Schedule type: On a Schedule
  • Frequency: Weekly
  • Day of the week: Monday
  • Time: 9:00 AM
  • Timezone: Uses the SMB timezone configured in Business App
  • Start date: Current date
  • End date: No end date

Where to configure it​

  1. Go to AI and open AI Workforce.
  2. Select Social Media Manager.
  3. Open Social Calendar Generation to review or adjust the default model and schedule settings.

Web and mobile behavior​

The same Social Calendar Generation defaults are used in web and mobile.
