Local Listings Management tools ensure your clients' business information is accurate and consistent wherever customers search.
The digital ecosystem
Business information appears across online sites, mobile apps, voice search, and GPS navigation systems. There is often a misconception among business owners that their information is accurate across listing sources—it usually isn't without management.
The value proposition
Local Listings Management simplifies the complex world of search for your clients while providing them immediate value. Set up and manage your listings all from one place.
A restaurant client discovers their address is wrong on Yelp, their hours are outdated on Apple Maps, and their phone number differs on three directories. With Local Listings Management, you update once in the platform and the correct information syncs across sources—saving the client from lost customers and confused callers.
The Local SEO dashboard gives you a single place to set up and manage listings. Click on the dashboard features to explore access points for editing and updating important listings information.
Hours tab
The hours tab allows you to set both regular and special hours. You can configure your regular operating schedule and add special hours for holidays, events, or seasonal changes.
Where to make updates
When you or your client need to update business information in your platform, go to Business Profile. This is where you make updates that sync across sources. (Not Overview page, My Listing, or Listing Sync for core edits.)
Dashboard features
The dashboard provides access points for editing and updating important listings information—all from one user-friendly interface.
With Local SEO you can provide clients with a glimpse into their customer activity by tracking key metrics—all on one dashboard.
What you can track
- How customers find their listings — Which channels and sources drive discovery
- Where customers find them on Google — Visibility across Google surfaces
- What customers do once they find their listing — Clicks, calls, direction requests, website visits
All of this data is available on one user-friendly dashboard, giving clients actionable insights into their local presence.
A breakdown of features across the three listings products: Local SEO, Listing Distribution, and Listing Sync Pro.

| Sync status reporting | ✔️ | ✔️ | ✔️ |
Listing Distribution adds
Business data sync to the three primary data aggregators — Data Axle, Neustar Localeze, and Foursquare. Listing Distribution sends business data directly to these aggregators, which feed thousands of downstream directories and apps.
Listing Sync Pro adds
- Protection from third party changes — Safeguard your clients' data from unauthorized edits
- Publish business data almost instantaneously to a list of high traffic sources
- Control of how you appear online — More control over presentation
- Ability to manage duplicate suppression — Reduce duplicate or incorrect listings
Free sources (local SEO)
The freemium version of Local SEO includes only Google Business Profile and Facebook. The other sources (Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.) are available on the Local SEO Pro edition.
You onboard a plumber with Local SEO—they get Google and Facebook sync, My Listing, and insights. When they see how many people found them on Google and asked for directions, they're hooked. You then upsell Listing Distribution so their info flows to Data Axle, Localeze, and Foursquare, and eventually Listing Sync Pro when they need protection from third-party changes and duplicate suppression.
Hook clients on the immediate value-added features included with Local SEO, and upsell them on the rest.
Immediate value
Start with Local SEO: one-place management, Google Business Profile sync, Facebook, insights, and My Listing. These deliver visible results quickly—clients see how customers find them and what they do next.
Upsell path
Once clients see the value, introduce Listing Distribution (aggregator sync to Data Axle, Localeze, Foursquare) and Listing Sync Pro (protection, instant publishing, duplicate suppression, control). Each tier solves a bigger problem as the client grows.
