Conversations AI helps you message your clients, ask questions to vendors, and connect with your Vendasta account rep—all for free. It's conveniently located in a side panel that stays with you wherever you are in the platform.

Upgrade to Conversations AI Pro

While Conversations AI in the platform helps your clients connect with you, your clients can capture new leads and communicate with their customers via SMS, Google Business Message, Web Chat, and more by upgrading to Conversations AI Pro.

📤Send a Message to Users in the Platform

Two ways to start a new conversation with a client

  1. Click the blue [+] New Message button and choose an account
  2. Send a message from an account's details page under Manage Accounts

⚙️Enable Conversations AI

Enable Conversations AI for your clients

Go to Partner Center → Administration → Customize Business App → Conversations AI Messages and check Show this page

Set up the web chat

Add the AI-assisted Web Chat widget to connect with your website visitors.

  1. Head to Partner Center → Conversations AI → Conversations AI Settings
  2. Configure the color and ensure the business profile information is correct
  3. Add the shortcode to your website header

The web chat widget will appear on the site, ready to engage with website visitors and bring their information right into Conversations AI.

In Practice

You enable Conversations AI for a client. They message you from Business App with a question about their listings. You reply from the side panel in Partner Center. A vendor has a question about a project—you message them in Vendor Center. A website visitor chats via the web widget—their info flows into Conversations AI. One place for all communication.
