The Pricing section of administration shows you the wholesale pricing for your services and products, as well as the billing model for the products and any active wholesale discounts.
Understanding the Pricing Table
The Pricing page displays a comprehensive table of all available products and services with the following information:
Table Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Product/Services | The name of the product or service, displayed with an icon for easy identification |
| Billing Model | How the product is billed (Standard or Stairstep) |
| Wholesale Price | The cost you pay for the product, displayed as starting price or fixed rate |
| Discounts | Any active wholesale discounts applied to the product |

Billing Models Explained
Products use one of two billing models:
Standard Billing
- Fixed pricing structure
- Consistent pricing regardless of volume
Stairstep Billing
- Pricing tiers based on volume or usage
- Price may decrease as you purchase more units
- Generally reserved for Partners that have a very large volume of activations and need to purchase products in bulk
Understanding Wholesale Prices
Wholesale prices are displayed in several formats:
Monthly pricing
- Starting at $X.XX/mo - This product has multiple tiers, with the lowest tier starting at $X.XX per month
- $X.XX/mo - This product is priced at $X.XX per month
Annual pricing
- $X.XX/yr - This product is priced at $X.XX per year
One-time fees
- $X.XX - This product is a one-time fee of $X.XX
Free options
- Starting at Free - This product has a free tier, with paid options at higher tiers
- Free + $X.XX Setup fee - This product is free, with a one-time setup charge of $X.XX
Understanding Discounts
Some products may have active wholesale discounts applied. Discounts are displayed in the Discounts column and show:
- Discount type (e.g., "100 free units per period")
- Start date when the discount became active
- Period information (monthly, quarterly, etc.)
"Active Discounts: 100 free units per period starting 2021-01-03"
This indicates that you receive 100 free units of the product each billing period, with the discount starting on January 3, 2021.

Searching for Products
Use the search functionality to quickly find specific products:
- Click in the Search products field at the top of the page
- Type the product name or keywords
- The table filters automatically to show matching results

Do prices include taxes?
Prices displayed are wholesale prices before taxes.
How do I see my wholesale pricing for a specific product?
Use the search bar at the top of the Pricing page to filter products by name. You can also scroll through the table to find specific products.
What's the difference between Standard and Stairstep billing?
Standard billing uses fixed pricing regardless of volume. Stairstep billing offers tiered pricing where costs may decrease as you purchase more units or reach certain volume thresholds. Stairstep billing is generally reserved for Partners that have a very large volume of activations and need to purchase products in bulk.
