Every partner with a paid Vendasta subscription is provided onboarding support to help you get set up for success on the platform.
Free Onboarding Session
Every Partner paying a subscription with Vendasta is entitled to a free session with a Customer Success Manager. These calls are designed to help with early set up in the platform.
What is included?
- Team Setup: Support with configuring internal Team Roles, Permissions, and Salesperson Profiles
- Payment Configuration: Assistance with setup to accept customer payments ("Vendasta Payments")
- Branding & Customization: Configure platform branding, email settings & custom domains (Custom Domains available on Professional subscription & above)
- Client Management: Walkthrough of how to import client/company lists, and finding leads within the platform
- Meeting Setup: Set up your Meeting Link
- AI Configuration: AI Chat Receptionist configuration and installation support

Your Customer Success Manager will support as many training sessions as you need to be a successful Partner, and can help with a variety of topics including CRM, Snapshot Reports, billing, marketing, and more.
