Featured Packages – Business App Onboarding

Intro​

Featured Packages let you surface specific packages to clients during onboarding in the Business App. This creates a direct path to purchasing without requiring clients to browse the Store.

Featured Packages is a configuration option within Customize Business App that allows you to select and display specific packages when a client signs up and does not yet have anything active.

You can choose which packages appear and tailor them by market.

Featured Packages reduce friction during onboarding by:

  • Guiding clients to relevant packages immediately
  • Avoiding the need to search the Store
  • Presenting a focused upgrade path when no active products exist

With Featured Packages, you can:

  • Select packages you have already created
  • Assign packages by individual market
  • Preview how packages appear in the Business App
  • Edit and customize selected packages
  • Direct clients to purchase from a single upgrade page
  1. In Partner Center, go to Accounts.
  2. Select Manage Business App.
  3. Click Customize Business App.
  4. Scroll to Add Your Clients.
  5. Choose a market.
  6. Scroll to Featured Packages.
  7. Select the packages you want to feature.
  8. Preview the experience to confirm how it will appear in the Business App.

How market selection works​

You can configure Featured Packages per market. This allows different packages to appear depending on the selected market during setup.

What clients see in Business App​

When a client signs up and has no active products:

  • The homepage displays a message prompting them to unlock their full potential
  • An Upgrade now option appears
  • Selecting the upgrade takes them to a page showing the featured packages
  • Clients can review and purchase packages directly from that page

Use Featured Packages to guide clients to a small number of relevant options instead of sending them to the full Store.

Where do I configure Featured Packages?

You configure Featured Packages under Customize Business App → Add Your Clients.

Can I use any package I have created?

Yes. You can select from any packages you have already set up.

Do Featured Packages replace the Store?

No. Featured Packages provide a directed option during onboarding but do not remove access to the Store.

Can Featured Packages be different by market?

Yes. You can select Featured Packages based on individual markets.
