What it solves​

When a pet owner calls to book a groom for a dog that is nervous around dryers, the call gets answered immediately and the special need is noted for the groomer. The system gathers size, vaccinations, and preferred times for the team to confirm. Every pet gets a profile, and owners are nudged to rebook before the pet is overdue.

What's included​

The Pet grooming blueprint includes:

  • AI receptionist: answers calls and web chats day and night. Notes special needs (like a dog nervous around dryers) for the groomer, then gathers size, vaccinations, and preferred times for the team to confirm. The owner is added to the CRM as a contact.
  • Pipeline: New Client Onboarding for first-time clients.
  • CRM custom object: Pet Profiles (each pet with breed, coat type, behavioral notes, and last groomed date).
