Local SEO > My Listing tab > View My Listing. A fully working AI-assisted web chat is available to test for any account and demo to clients. Open any account's Local SEO and locate the Web Chat Lead Capture Widget via their My Listing page.
Use the web chat widget on your website
Partner Center > Inbox > Inbox Settings. Configure the color, ensure business profile information is correct, and add the shortcode to your website header. The web chat widget appears on your site, ready to engage visitors and bring their information into Inbox.
Fuel your AI assistant with knowledge
Business App > Settings > Inbox Settings > Web Chat Settings > AI Assistant. Click any title to see the knowledge the AI has access to. Click Manage Knowledge to add new knowledge. Write or paste text into a new knowledge source and select it to make it accessible to your AI assistant.
