Help built into the platform
The fastest answer usually comes from the AI assistant behind the sparkle icon at the top right of Partner Center. It draws on Vendasta's documentation, answers in seconds, and links the articles it drew from, which makes it the natural first stop for any how-do-I question. The help menu beside it opens the documentation directly whenever you would rather read than ask.
People are part of the platform too. Every partner with a paid subscription is entitled to a free onboarding session with a Customer Success Manager, who supports as many training sessions as you need: CRM, Snapshot Reports, billing, marketing, and more. Reach your assigned Client Success team from the bottom left corner of Partner Center. This guide covers what onboarding includes.
Two documentation sites, two audiences
The written documentation splits cleanly along the same line as the two workspaces:
- This site covers your side: Partner Center, billing, the Marketplace, and everything you run as a partner.
- docs.businessapp.io covers Business App and the products your clients use. The site is gray-labeled, not white-labeled: it carries no Vendasta branding and nothing from your side (no Partner Center, no wholesale pricing), but it does not carry your brand either. That neutrality is what makes it safe to share, the whole site or a single article, with any client. Its built-in AI chat answers their product questions too.
When a client asks how a product works, a link to the matching docs.businessapp.io article is often the fastest, cleanest answer you can give.
Open the AI assistant from the sparkle icon at the top right of Partner Center and ask it something you genuinely wondered this week. Follow one of the article links in its answer to see where the knowledge lives.
