Gain deeper insights into sales team activities and pipeline performance. Track sales activities, deal progression, win rates, average deal sizes, and opportunity management across salespersons and time periods.
Operations reports
Monitor account health and automation performance. View connection status for social marketing services, track automation execution rates, and identify broken connections or automation errors requiring attention.
How to access Premium Reports
If your organization has Premium Reports enabled, access them directly from the left sidebar of your Partner Center. Look for the Premium Reports option in your navigation.
Controlling who can see reports
Premium Reports has two layers of access control:
- A team-wide permission on each admin in My Team that determines whether they can see reports and whether they can change who has access.
- Per-report sharing (similar to Google Docs) that lets you restrict an individual report to specific people.
See Access controls for the full guide on configuring both.
Platform eligibility
Premium Reports are included as part of the Vendasta Platform for Professional, Premium, and Custom Enterprise partners. Find more information about Vendasta's Platform Tiers on our website.
Troubleshooting access issues
Q: After being given access to view a specific report, I am getting a 401 No Access error message. Why is this?
A: This is likely an issue with cookies. Your browser may be automatically blocking certain third-party cookies needed to access the report. To fix this, enable third-party cookie access in your browser settings.
If you continue experiencing access issues, verify that:
- Your organization has Premium Reports enabled
- You have the appropriate permissions for the specific report
- You're using a supported browser with cookies enabled
Download options
All Premium Reports can be downloaded in multiple formats:
- Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of any report
- Select Download to see available options
- Choose your preferred format (CSV or PDF)
For specific chart data, click the three dots next to individual charts and select Download data.
Data freshness
Premium Reports data is updated daily with refresh occurring at 12:00 AM UTC. Each dashboard displays data freshness labels at the bottom indicating:
- Refresh interval (bold text on top): How often the data source with the lowest refresh frequency gets updated
- Last refresh timestamp (text at bottom): The earliest time when a data source was last updated in the dashboard
Premium Reports provide comprehensive analytics across your organization. Use these insights to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for your business growth.
