Meet the AI Workforce

The AI Workforce is a package of AI-powered tools that help local service businesses never miss a lead, build their reputation, and stay visible online, automatically and around the clock. Think of it as a full-time office team running in the background while your client is out on the job.

Your client gets five AI agents, local visibility tools, and automated marketing campaigns, all connected to a single inbox they can manage from their phone.

Every conversation in the CRM

You will get to know each agent properly before your first demo. For now, the takeaway is the shape of the offer: a team, not a tool.

Why you sell the package, not the pieces

Your prospects do not buy AI. They buy more leads captured, faster response times, and lower payroll, and the offer that delivers those outcomes whole is the package. The numbers say the package is also how you keep the client:

A client on a single product retains at 55 percent after one year. A client on four or more solutions retains at 92 percent. That gap is the whole argument: selling products one at a time means re-earning the relationship every renewal, and selling the package closes the gap in one conversation.

55%
retention, one product
92%
retention, four or more

Each vertical package arrives ready to deploy: sample AI Receptionist prompting scripts, a social calendar, email campaign templates, and plug-and-play automation workflows. You are not assembling an offer from parts; you are matching a finished one to the business in front of you.

Where the packages live

You are here: Partner Center. Everything in this section happens in your workspace.

The vertical packages are built and waiting in the Marketplace, under PackagesRecommended Packages: each one bundles the Conversations, Reputation, Social, CRM, and Local SEO products its vertical needs, with recommended retail pricing and a setup fee preset. Open one to review its contents and wholesale cost, then click Add To Store to make it yours. Adjust the retail price to your market and the offer is ready to sell.

Those bundled products are also what unlock the AI agents your pitch promises. There is no agent for sale on its own: the product carries it, and the edition determines which agent your client actually gets. Quote the edition that carries the agent you promised.

The AI Search Specialist is in early access. Mention it as what is coming, not as something you can turn on today.

When a client later wants another employee, this guide covers the upgrade path.

Start with the fear of loss

62 percent of calls to local businesses go unanswered, and every one of those calls is business lost to whoever picks up next. Most owners have never heard that number, and hearing it reframes the whole conversation: your prospect is not deciding whether to buy technology, they are deciding whether to keep losing business to unanswered calls.

That fear of loss is the one thing to get right before any pitch. Name what is slipping away, not the technology. Every step in this path builds on it: the opening line names the loss, discovery counts it in the prospect's own numbers, and the proposal prices the fix against it.

Lead with the outcome, not the technology

Watch the pitch foundation video from the playbook series. It reframes how you talk about the AI Workforce: away from features, toward the revenue problems it already solves. It also names the five roles local businesses already pay people thousands to do, and shows how to turn the question "will this replace my staff?" into a retention selling point.

One opening line, tuned to the business

Every strong opener is the same move: name the outcome the owner already wants, phrase it as a question they answer yes to, and keep the technology out of it. The yes comes first; AI comes after.

The line below fits any local business, because the problems underneath it are universal: missed leads, slow response, an online presence that goes quiet after hours. The industry versions sharpen the same line when your prospect maps cleanly to one. Click through to find your client's lane:

After 5pm, most businesses go dark, and that is when leads slip away. Keep capturing after hours.

The default line. If your prospect does not map cleanly to an industry below, this is the one, and the conversation it opens is identical.

Each industry has its own sell page in the playbook with the full talk track; the playbook's Know your offer step links to all of them.

Try it now

Pick the lane closest to your best current client and say its opening line out loud, in your own words. If it does not sound like something you would say across a counter, rework it until it does. You will use this exact line again later in this path.
