  1. Navigate to FulfillmentTask ManagerTasks
  2. Click Create task
  3. Select the Account you're creating the task for
  4. Enter information into all appropriate fields - Due date and Account are the only required fields
  5. Click Create task

Create manual tasks for:

Auto-Generate Tasks for All New Accounts

Set default task generation for new accounts:

  1. Go to Task Manager > Settings
  2. Click Reputation AI or Social Marketing
  3. Move the toggle to the on or off state to control automatic task generation

Configure task generation for individual accounts:

  1. Go to Task ManagerAccounts
  2. Select the respective account
  3. Click Account Settings
  4. Navigate to Task generation
