Run the work over time
Outcomes
Write a change request the team can act on
Change requests go to marketingservices@yourdigitalagents.com. Every request is acknowledged the same business day, and the target for standard changes is two business days. Requests are handled Monday to Friday during business hours, and anything arriving outside that window is picked up the next business day.
Three things make a request fast: name the service or AI employee, say what you want changed, and describe the outcome you are after. The outcome is what removes a round trip, because it tells the team what to aim at when the literal change does not fit. "Make the receptionist mention our Saturday hours" is actionable. "Update the receptionist" is a question.
Under the AI Workforce Optimization Plan there is no cap on how many requests you send in a month. The team confirms each change once it is live so you can validate it on the account.
Draft one change request for a service you already run, in three lines: the service, the change, and the outcome. If you cannot state the outcome, the request needs a decision from you or your client before it goes anywhere.
Use the revision window
Most deliverables come with a defined revision round, and the windows are finite. Knowing them means you gather client feedback before the window rather than after it.
- Blog posts include one round of revisions covering up to 30 percent of the piece. Edit the document directly, or describe every change in a single email.
- Website builds include one round of major revisions before go-live, covering colors, media, text, and structure.
- AI employees get their tuning pass at the 30-day check-in, where the team arrives with recommendations drawn from five to ten real conversations.
Consolidating feedback into one pass gets more changed than sending it in pieces, because each round is counted rather than each message.
Keep an AI employee accurate
An AI employee reflects the business as it was described during setup. When the business changes, the employee needs to hear about it.
The monthly check-in under the Optimization Plan exists for exactly this. Bring what changed: new services, new hours, new pricing, a new process, a location that closed. The team makes proactive adjustments rather than waiting for a customer to hit the gap in a conversation. Between check-ins, the same information can go in as a change request.
Your side of that arrangement is straightforward: supply accurate business information and content, submit requests with enough context to act on, and validate changes on the account once the team confirms they are live.
Route the question to the right team
Four teams, each owning a different kind of question.
| Ask | About | How |
|---|---|---|
| Vendasta Services | Products, fulfillment, active projects, and change requests | marketingservices@yourdigitalagents.com or 1-866-378-8031, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST |
| Your Vendasta sales representative | Subscriptions, product recommendations, and prospects you are working | Your assigned representative |
| Onboarding | Getting your own partner account running | onboarding@vendasta.com |
| Support on Demand | The platform itself: Partner Center, Business App, and product behavior | support@vendasta.com, or the question mark icon in Partner Center |
Support on Demand is partner-only and is not white labeled, so keep that channel to yourself rather than passing it to a client.
For presale questions on a complex project, email Vendasta Services and copy your sales representative. That combination gets pricing and feasibility answered together instead of in sequence.
Prove the work
You did not do the work, and you still need to show the result. Three surfaces carry it.
- The Executive Report turns activity across products into proof of value, delivered to your client under your brand.
- Advertising Intelligence reports campaign performance for Digital Ads, and Managed Ads Campaign adds strategy calls by spend tier.
- The Projects tracker in Business App shows what shipped and when, mid-build rather than only at the end.
The team also runs partner-only training webinars covering getting started, websites, digital ads, social and long-form content, and listings and reputation. Sessions are listed on the webinar calendar.
