Your platform can carry your brand everywhere your clients look: your logo, your colors, your domain. This lab walks through every customization, from brand color to email settings.
Step 1: Understand white-labeling (3 min)
White-label products and services are re-brandable, re-sellable items that are produced by one company to be re-branded and re-sold by another. This is how Vendasta works for you!
With white labeling, you can be the trusted expert for anything, without being the expert in everything. Whether you're just starting up or are an established agency, white-labeling offers a solution when clients demand a range of services beyond your core expertise. You can confidently provide a comprehensive suite of services without having to be an expert in every marketing application available.

Step 2: Brand your platform (5 min)
Your platform is a blank slate for you to completely customize and brand. Two customizations take it from bland to branded. Flip each one:

Open Partner Center → Administration and upload your logo. One upload brands both workspaces.
Step 3: Set up a custom domain (4 min)
A custom domain means your clients and salespeople reach the platform through a link that carries your brand, like app.youragency.com. When you are ready to connect yours, the same branding guide covers custom domain setup.
Step 4: Customize Business App (4 min)
Navigate to Partner Center → Administration → Customize Business App
In this section, you can toggle sections on and off to make the experience your clients see match what you want your branded experience to look and feel like.
- Click through each page and check the settings to match the customer experience you want to create
- If you uncheck any "Show this page" checkboxes, that page will not be shown to any Business App users at all
- Remember to hit Save after updating any settings in the different sections
Step 5: Update your email settings (2 min)
Administration: Partner Center → Administration → Customize → Email Settings
Include a physical address here; it appears at the bottom of your emails and is what lets them send in compliance with anti-spam legislation.
Marketing: Partner Center → Marketing → Email Settings — Configure your marketing email settings.
Step 6: Complete the business profile (3 min)
Every business in the platform has a Business Profile in its Business App: hours, services, descriptions, contact details, and the booking link. Completing it is quiet setup work with a loud payoff: the profile is automatically added to the business's AI Employees as knowledge, and it feeds listings and reports. Update the profile, and the AI's answers update with it.
Start with your own business, and make it part of the ritual for every client you bring on. This guide covers the Business Profile and its connections.
You add your brand color (navy blue) and upload your logo. You set up app.youragency.com for Business App access. You toggle off a few Business App pages your clients do not need. You add your physical address to Email Settings. You fill in your hours, services, and descriptions in your Business Profile, and your AI receptionist knows them from its first conversation. Your clients log in and see only your brand, no Vendasta anywhere. Cohesive, professional, yours.
