🏪Introduction to Marketplace

The Marketplace lets you quickly expand your offerings with a wide range of tested and vetted products integrated with the platform from a network of vendors. Search for a product or service and add it to your storefront with one click. It becomes immediately available in your Store without any overhead costs—your clients can explore the benefits and purchase.

Tip: Access the Vendasta Marketplace inside Partner Center via the side nav bar. From there, discover products to sell and manage your store.

🛤️The Customer Journey

Understanding the 5 steps of the customer journey will empower you to:

  • Help your local businesses develop lasting customer relationships
  • Competitively position your local businesses at each stage—the journey is a cycle, not a stand-alone goal
  • Design product packages that impact every step, from targeted advertising to reputation management
  • Position your agency as the expert in consumer behavior

We have a suite of foundational products you can package and sell together that impact every stage. Find these—and many more—inside the Marketplace.

👥Marketplace Vendors

Vendors: The Marketplace is made up of vendors (including global brands like Google Workspace and medium-sized brands like Boostability) who distribute their products and services to partners through their integrated Vendor Center.

Partners as Vendors: Yes, Partners can also be Vendors. You can integrate your own offerings into Marketplace. Everything you offer—in-house services, Vendasta products, and third-party Vendor products—lives in one centralized, easy-to-navigate Store.

Once you've started selling a few products, package them together to offer bundled solutions. Note: Adding a product or service to your Store does not cost anything. You only pay for what you sell—at a markup of your choosing.

Create Your Own Product

You can create your own product by going to Marketplace → Products tab → Create Product (upper right corner). Add basic information and publish without ever leaving Partner Center.

A product can be anything you offer clients: digital applications, services, physical products, consulting hours, and more.
