Campaign launch
Turnaround time: 10 business days to launch after we receive the completed order form, required access, and collateral. Reach out to our team if you have questions about the order form.
Billing
You'll be billed both the setup fee and first month fee upon activation of a new campaign. The anniversary date for following months is set one month from the campaign launch date. View purchases in the Billing page in Partner Center.
Campaign performance
We constantly measure results and make optimizations. Typically, the first month is not the best—we're still learning about the audience and analyzing early results.
Communications
Your assigned Marketing Strategist is your primary point of contact for anything related to your client's campaign. They'll direct you to advertising specialists if needed.
Your client wants more leads. You pair a Search campaign (conversion) with Display (awareness) for retargeting. You submit the order form and collateral. You set the expectation: 10 business days to launch. You explain they'll be billed setup + first month at activation, and that the first month is typically a learning phase. Your Marketing Strategist reaches out. Campaign launches. You're the expert.
