What it solves​

When a driver reports a breakdown on the highway shoulder, the call gets answered immediately and the system checks that everyone is safe first. It takes the location, the vehicle, and a callback number. The caller is added to the CRM, and when the job moves to dispatched, the customer gets a text confirmation.

What's included​

The Towing blueprint includes:

  • AI receptionist: answers calls and web chats day and night. Checks that everyone is safe first, then takes the location, vehicle, and callback number. The caller is added to the CRM.
  • Pipeline: Dispatch Pipeline.
  • CRM custom objects: Dispatch Tickets (each job with pickup location, destination, and status), Vehicles, and Lien/Impound Cases.
  • Automations: Dispatch confirmation text (messages the customer when a job moves to dispatched), Post-completion review request (after a standard job and skips accident tows), and Missed call text-back. Automations arrive as drafts for the client to turn on.
  • Campaigns and email templates: referral partner check-ins, seasonal messages before breakdown season, and win-backs for customers who have gone quiet.
  • Smart Lists: active referral partners, completed jobs awaiting a review request, and network jobs approaching SLA breach.
