What is the AI Blogger?
The AI Blogger is an AI employee that runs a client's blogging program for them. On a schedule you set, it generates a blog calendar, writes long-form SEO-optimized posts, sources or generates featured images, and drafts, schedules, or publishes directly to a connected WordPress site. You can also work with it conversationally inside Business App: ask it to draft a post, refine a draft, reschedule, or delete content.
The AI Blogger is the blogging counterpart to the Social Media Manager, and both unlock on the same edition.
The AI Blogger requires Social AI Premium to be active on the account, and a single-location business profile. Blog publishing requires a connected WordPress site.

The AI Blogger ships with seven default capabilities:

How to configure it
- Open the client's Business App and go to
AI→Workforce. - Click
Configureon the AI Blogger. - (Optional) Rename the AI employee and upload an identifying image.
- Open
Blog Calendar Generationto set the trigger frequency, time, time zone, and start and end dates. - Open the
Generate Blog Calendarcapability to set the goal, total posts, blog length, image source, networks, cadence, posting time, and save behavior. - Add knowledge sources covering the client's products, services, audience, and brand voice.
- Save. The AI Blogger then runs automatically on the trigger schedule.

Start with Save as: Draft while your client gets comfortable with the output. Switch to Schedule once they are confident in the results. Save as: Published publishes immediately on every run and is not recommended for a forward-looking calendar.
Positioning it with clients
The AI Blogger pairs naturally with the Social Media Manager — one keeps the client's site producing indexable long-form content, the other keeps their social channels active. Both unlock together on Social AI Premium, which makes the edition upgrade easier to justify than either employee would on its own.
If a client wants the employee built and maintained for them rather than configuring it themselves, the AI Blogger managed service is available in the Marketplace.

Which edition includes the AI Blogger?
Social AI Premium. The Social Media Manager unlocks on the same edition.
Which blog platforms are supported?
WordPress. Connect the client's WordPress site under integrations before running the AI Blogger.
What happens if a client has several WordPress connections?
The AI Blogger uses the first active WordPress connection it finds. Posts are not duplicated across multiple sites.
How many posts does each run generate?
One by default, set by Total posts in the Generate Blog Calendar capability. Combined with the trigger frequency, those two settings determine total publishing volume.
Will it invent promotions or pricing the client has not shared?
No. The Customize Blog Post Instructions capability includes a built-in hard stop preventing the AI from fabricating discounts, offers, or pricing the business has not communicated.
Does it repeat topics?
No. The AI Blogger checks for content duplication against previous months before generating.
Can it run outside the schedule?
Yes. Chat with the AI Blogger at any time to generate a post or calendar on demand, independent of the trigger.
