Projects

Projects give clients a transparent view into ongoing work managed through Task Manager. Publishing a project keeps everyone aligned without needing status emails.

Share a project to Business App

1. Open the project in Task Manager.
2. Click Share and choose Business App as the destination.
3. Select the client account and the users who should see the project.
4. Save to immediately surface the project card in Business App.

Where you watch the same work

You do not use Business App to follow your own project work. Go to Partner Center → Fulfillment → Projects for the partner-side view.

What clients see

• Clients access shared projects from Business App → Administration → Projects.
• Each project lists milestones, tasks, assignees, and due dates in real time.
• Clients can comment on tasks to request updates or provide assets.

Keep projects current

• Update task statuses routinely so the Business App view reflects actual progress.
• Combine shared projects with Guides or Files that explain your methodology.
• Archive completed projects instead of deleting them so clients can reference past work when needed.
