Vendasta Services covers both sides of a client's social presence: getting them set up on the platforms, and keeping content going out.

Ongoing posting is delivered by the AI Social Media Manager — an AI employee our team configures and runs on the client's behalf. New profiles are built by the one-time Social Page Build.

Managed Social Media Management has been retired

The Social Media Management Standard and Plus monthly posting packages are no longer sold. Ongoing social content is now delivered through the AI Social Media Manager, which builds an autonomous content calendar across the client's connected networks, trained on their brand, with approval workflows they control.

What's Included​

AI Social Media Manager — ongoing posting​

Sold as a one-time Setup or a monthly AI Workforce Optimization Plan. Our team configures the AI employee, trains it on the client's brand, and connects their networks. It then builds and publishes an autonomous social content calendar, with approval workflows so nothing goes out without the client's say-so. Requires Social AI Premium.

Social Page Build — new profiles​

A one-time, fully managed build of a new social profile on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or another free-to-create channel. Includes accurate business data, a business description, logo and header image, and verification of the page.

How the client grants our team the access needed to manage or post to their Facebook Business Page.

  2. Client needs ongoing posting? Sell an AI Social Media Manager Setup or Optimization Plan.
  3. Either way, get access. Walk the client through Gaining Facebook Business Page access so our team can work on their Facebook page.

FAQ​

What happened to Social Media Management Standard and Plus?

Those monthly managed posting packages are no longer sold. Ongoing social content is now delivered by the AI Social Media Manager, available as a one-time Setup or a monthly Optimization Plan.

What platforms can a profile be built on?

Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn are the most common. Other channels are available as long as the profile is free to create or claim. See Social Page Build.

Are blog posts still available as a service?

Not as a standalone writing service. Blog content is produced by the AI Blogger, which builds an SEO-focused blog calendar and publishes to the client's WordPress site.
