AI Workforce
Overview
Vendasta Services offers done-for-you AI workforce services covering two things: Setup (configuring and launching your AI employees) and the AI Workforce Optimization Plan (an ongoing monthly subscription that keeps them performing after launch). The team handles technical configuration and customization for each AI employee. You choose one or the other for a given AI employee: a one-time Setup, or the monthly Optimization Plan, which includes that same setup.
What's Included
Setup
A set of done-for-you services that configure and launch AI employees:
- AI Receptionist Setup – Web chat and lead capture, CRM pipeline, booking and service-area connections, and automations.
- AI Reputation Specialist Setup – Review responses and requests, reputation workflows, and external-platform support. Requires Reputation AI Premium.
- AI Inside Sales Representative Setup – A sales persona that qualifies and captures leads and books appointments. Requires Conversations AI.
- AI Support Agent Setup – Customer support across channels, escalations, and lead capture. Requires Conversations AI.
- AI Data Analyst Setup – Conversational insights from CRM, review, and social data. Requires Conversations AI plus at least one data source.
- AI Human Resources Coordinator Setup – Internal HR support and meeting scheduling. Requires Conversations AI.
Each setup includes branding, customized instructions, and follow-up calls to refine knowledge and workflows.
AI Workforce Optimization Plan
After launch, the AI Workforce Optimization Plan keeps your AI employee performing as the business evolves. It's a monthly subscription that includes the setup plus ongoing tuning: a proactive monthly check-in, unlimited change requests (same-day acknowledgment, 2-business-day resolution target), email access to the expert team, and a live training session. What's the difference between Setup and the Optimization Plan?
Setup is a one-time, done-for-you configuration and launch of an AI employee. The AI Workforce Optimization Plan is an ongoing monthly subscription that includes that same setup in Month 1, plus continued optimization (monthly check-ins, unlimited change requests, and a live training session). You choose one or the other for a given AI employee.
How many AI employees does the Optimization Plan cover?
The plan includes setup and ongoing optimization for one AI employee. Additional AI employees can be added through a separate setup engagement.
What is required to set up an AI employee?
All AI employees require Conversations AI to be active. The AI Reputation Specialist additionally requires Reputation AI Premium, and the AI Data Analyst requires at least one data source (CRM AI, Reputation AI, Social Marketing, or Local SEO). See each guide for details.
